Yoga is a wonderful theme for a party... for either adults, kids or both! Class is 45 minutes; maximum 10 adults or 14 kids. Wear comfy workout clothes. Supply your own mats or rent from me ($2 each). Private yoga classes are available by appointment only (in Miami-Dade or Broward Counties, Florida), travel is included but paid parking if required, is not.
