$75 (live, in person)

One-hour private class for one student; two–three students: $90/hour; no minimum commitments. Packages available: 3 classes - 10% off; 5 classes - 15% off. No adjustments or refunds if one or more students don’t show up, other than rescheduling the group as a whole (12 hours advanced notice required). Hourly private yoga classes are available by appointment only (in Miami-Dade or Broward Counties, Florida), travel is included but paid parking if required, is not.

New to Yoga

Curious? Try yoga for the first time. Take a one-on-one session with me for one hour at your location and start to build flexibility, strength and confidence. See what it’s all about in the privacy of your own home. I’ll supply everything you’ll need. Wear comfy workout clothes.

Yoga for Business
$120

Mindful fitness can be the theme for a special event or party/business gathering of yoga enthusiasts at your location. Groups of 15 or less: $120/hour; 16+ is $8/person/hour. Hourly private yoga classes are available by appointment only (in Miami-Dade or Broward Counties, Florida), travel is included but paid parking if required, is not. Contact me for details and scheduling. Participants supply appropriate space and their own mats (or rent mats from me at $2 each). Class is one hour and can be customized for your skill level. 

Family Yoga
$80

 For the yoga family... a family class! Class is one hour. Maximum three adults and three kids or two adults and four kids; at your location, supply your own mats or rent from me ($2 each). Price includes travel in Miami-Dade or Broward Counties, Florida. Family yoga classes are available by appointment only; travel is included but paid parking if required, is not. Contact me for details and scheduling.

What a great way to spend quality time with your kid(s)! Create an interest in a fun, healthy and active life style from an early age and develop a special bond with your child. This introduction to yoga is specially oriented to parents with children ages 3 to 12. This class is for both adults and their children to learn and practice together. Wear comfy workout clothes and be prepared for a fun time!

Yoga Parties
$120

Yoga is a wonderful theme for a party... for either adults, kids or both! Class is 45 minutes; maximum 15 people (kids or adults or both). Wear comfy workout clothes. Supply your own mats or rent from me ($2 each). Yoga parties are available by appointment only (in Miami-Dade or Broward Counties, Florida), travel is included but paid parking if required, is not. 

Ideal for bachelorette, birthday, baby showers... parties of all kinds! Contact me for details and scheduling.

Guided Meditation

Private guided meditation, $30;

Set the tone for your meeting or event. Business, social, trainings... events of all kinds where you want to reduce stress; build camaraderie; improve productivity, health and well being; foster mindfulness and mental clarity, $90.

Customized meditations for your group are available. Meditations are normally 15–20 minutes. Price for in-person meditation includes travel (in Miami-Dade or Broward Counties, Florida), but paid parking or other expenses if required, is not. Contact me for arrangements.
